Manager (Commercial & Digital Transformation)

Location: Denmark; valid work permit allowing employment in Denmark and international travel equivalent to EU/EFTA citizenship rights required

What you will do

• Participate in project design and proposal development.
• Run and execute commercial projects as a track or project lead.
• Own team and project deliverables across engagements of varying size and complexity.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Contribute to project sales, sales meetings, and solution design.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience at a top-tier strategy or technology consulting firm.
• Strong commercial mindset with an interest in improving customer sales and profitability.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally, in writing, and visually.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Graduate degree and strong academic record, preferably a Master’s degree or PhD.
• Excellent English and a valid work permit for employment in Denmark are required.
