Project Planning Consultant

Location: Copenhagen area, Denmark; hybrid work with 1–2 days per week at the client’s office

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, optimize, and manage the master project schedule throughout development and construction.
• Support execution strategy through planning, schedule analysis, scenario modelling, and critical path assessments.
• Align schedules across contractors, work packages, and key stakeholders, integrating contractor input into the master programme.
• Report on planning status, progress, performance, risks, and deviations, and support forecasting.
• Facilitate planning workshops and train project participants in effective planning practices.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and Cost Control on integrated project controls and support the PMO Manager.

Requirements

• Based in the Copenhagen area and able to work at the client’s office 1–2 days per week.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Relevant higher education in engineering, construction, business, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls, preferably in offshore wind, infrastructure, or large-scale energy projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of risk, cost, and interface management, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Danish language skills.
• Experience with offshore wind, infrastructure, or large-scale energy projects.
