Senior Project Manager (Moulding Technology)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office and the option to work from home up to two days per week. Travel to suppliers and other production sites may be required for up to 40 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex moulding programs from strategic direction through implementation and operational readiness.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into roadmaps, programs and projects.
• Define priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks and decisions across interconnected workstreams.
• Connect technical, operational and business perspectives to keep programs moving.
• Build alignment across functions, production sites, suppliers and technical teams.
• Turn moulding ambitions into robust manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.
• Experience managing injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience directing Project Managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs.
• Experience delivering production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular office presence in Billund.

• Experience introducing technologies from development through industrialisation into stable production.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers in existing production environments.
• Experience scaling standardised technology solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
