Annual base salary: $85,600–$141,200

What you will do

• Manage an active caseload of moderate-to-high-complexity bodily injury, property damage, liability claims, and related litigation from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Investigate claims, determine coverage, evaluate liability and damages, establish reserves, and issue accurate payments within assigned authority.
• Communicate with customers, claimants, attorneys, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Negotiate settlements, coordinate internal and external resources, and support litigation strategies with counsel.
• Maintain accurate claim records, improve best practices, and adapt to new systems, digital tools, and AI-related technology implementations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Claim Representatives and Associate Claim Representatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of bodily injury liability, property damage liability, or comparable claims experience; three years is preferred.
• At least two years of litigation claims experience.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law and ability to obtain relevant insurance licenses within three months of starting.
• Experience with claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, negotiation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and decision-making skills.
