Compliance Co-op with Drexel University (Fintech)

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States. On-site schedule: 8am to 5pm. Start date: March 2027.

What you will do

• Work with Trading Compliance and Surveillance teams to learn market structures, trading activities, and applicable regulations.
• Analyze trade activity across equities, options, futures, swaps, prediction markets, and fixed income products.
• Research current and emerging regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support regulatory inquiries and requests for information by gathering data and documentation.
• Use Excel, Python, VBA, SQL, and other tools to streamline processes and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, is required.
• Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, or other data-analysis and automation tools is preferred.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.
