What you will do
- Monitor cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and countries.
- Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
- Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers.
- Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes.
- Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls with Compliance and Legal.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation or data tools.
- Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions.
