Security & Compliance Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Czechia

Base salary range: 845,714–1,057,143 CZK annually

What you will do

• Support periodic audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Investigate compliance issues, document findings, and support corrective actions.
• Complete security and compliance sections of RFPs and customer questionnaires for the sales process.
• Maintain policies, standards, process mappings, responsibility charts, and related documentation.
• Lead the security training program and support management reviews.
• Research regulations, standards, and industry developments, and communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders across EMEA and the US.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of relevant industry compliance requirements and standards.
• Understanding of SaaS businesses and Governance, Risk, and Compliance in an IT environment.
• Previous experience as a compliance analyst, security analyst, compliance officer, or in a similar role.
• Experience with ISO security standards or willingness to develop knowledge in this area.
• Exposure to SOC 2 audits or similar compliance assessments.
• Clear communication, analytical, research, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
