Marketing Generalist (Crypto/AI)

What you will do

• Define target users, product positioning, messaging, and distribution channels before launch.
• Build demand-generation and SEO systems using AI-assisted landing pages, copy, and organic growth experiments.
• Own social media and community strategy for new crypto product launches.
• Track analytics, user adoption, conversion, and campaign performance after go-to-market.
• Set performance thresholds and decide whether to iterate, scale, or shut down campaigns and products.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring 90-day products to real users.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing, growth, communications, or a related field with a record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Experience marketing something from nothing, such as a side hustle, startup, newsletter, or personal brand.
• Ability to prototype with AI tools, build landing pages, write copy, and run analytics independently.
• Comfort with crypto, internet culture, and crypto social media communities.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in short product cycles.
