CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the CRM data model, integration architecture, governance standards, and HubSpot system framework.
• Govern HubSpot workflows, properties, forms, lead scoring, lead distribution, and routing.
• Own middleware, integration filters, synchronization troubleshooting, and onboarding for new business units.
• Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals, including deduplication, enrichment, compliance, and migration integrity.
• Document architecture, data dictionaries, and operating procedures while supporting user training and adoption.
• Build AI workflow infrastructure for new product launches and provide hands-on systems support to Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Strong enterprise-scale HubSpot architecture and administration experience, including multiple integrations and high workflow volumes.
• Experience designing CRM data models and governance frameworks, ideally including a full implementation or major reconfiguration.
• Ability to work independently within a defined scope and fixed 12-month contract.
• Clear, proactive communication with both reporting lines: the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Revenue Operations.
• Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work and an active approach to applying them effectively.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Leamington Spa arrangement and complete right-to-work checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, ChurnZero, or other adjacent commercial systems.
• Experience supporting an M&A or acquisition integration programme.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data-manipulation tools.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or multi-brand group structure.
• Advanced HubSpot certifications.
