Licensing Coordinator - Life Insurance

What you will do

• Coordinate licensing activities and maintain accurate licensing records.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external associates, and legal advisors to streamline licensing workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and backlogs, recommend process improvements, and support implementation.
• Conduct quality reviews of work and calls to verify compliance with company policies and accuracy standards.
• Resolve complex issues and escalated situations, including calls when applicable.
• Prepare regular productivity, accuracy, and trend reports and lead assigned projects when needed.

Requirements

• Previous life insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIPR and state department of insurance websites is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, follow-up, research, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective time management and ability to work with salespeople and strong personalities.
