Seller Operations Graduate

What you will do

• Support sellers with daily marketplace operations and customer expectations.
• Communicate with sellers, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support KPI achievement.
• Explain marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics partners.
• Analyze operational data and support improvements in ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic and English required for communication with sellers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptable, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
