What you will do
- Manage customer orders and assess their plausibility.
- Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders and shipments end to end.
- Handle export and import customs processing.
- Prepare and manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
- Provide shipment feedback and reporting to internal and external customers by email, phone, and EDI.
- Resolve operational issues, manage non-conformance reporting, coordinate approved subcontractors, and audit freight payments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of detailed experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft software and/or other leading software applications.
- Professional education in logistics and freight forwarding is preferred.
- Ability to work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
