What you will do
- Manage and process customer orders from receipt through end-to-end completion.
- Analyze order plausibility and plan, book, and coordinate transportation.
- Follow up on shipments and provide internal and external customer reporting by email, phone, and EDI.
- Coordinate export and import customs processing, documentation, invoicing, and filing.
- Resolve operational issues, report non-conformances according to KPIs, and cooperate with approved subcontractors.
- Perform freight audit payment activities and ensure punctual, accurate order handling.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Professional logistics and forwarding qualification from a licensed educational institution is preferred.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications or other leading logistics software.
