Microsoft 365 Consultant (Cybersecurity and AI)

Location: Richmond, United Kingdom; hybrid work from the UK Office. The role includes regular travel to partner sites across the UK and internationally, as well as attendance at partner and community events.

What you will do

• Run one-to-one consultative sessions with MSP partners to diagnose issues and provide Microsoft 365 guidance.
• Advise on policy design, conditional access, Intune deployment, Purview configuration, and Defender posture.
• Deliver group training, workshops, webinars, and recorded learning content on Microsoft 365 and 365 Manager.
• Identify recurring support and implementation issues and turn them into guides, videos, and enablement sessions.
• Work with implementation and customer success teams to drive 365 Manager adoption from onboarding through day-to-day use.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 features, developments, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Associate-level knowledge across Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Deep expertise in several Microsoft 365 areas and confident working knowledge of the remaining services.
• Proven experience delivering consultative customer engagements and diagnosing technical problems live.
• Confidence presenting webinars, workshops, and technical sessions to mixed-ability audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites in the UK and internationally is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-200, or SC-100.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer certification.
• Experience working in or with an MSP and managing multi-tenant environments.
• Experience creating technical enablement content, including guides, videos, courseware, or community posts.
• Experience in technical enablement, solutions consulting, or customer success engineering at a SaaS company.
