Affiliate Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote. The company is based in Spain. An annual in-person gathering is included.

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 gross annual total compensation, including any applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Manage, support, and grow affiliate relationships.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and overall affiliate performance.
• Analyze results, optimize campaigns, and identify scaling opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
• Build tailored affiliate funnels with internal teams and resolve tracking or affiliate-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, media buying, paid social, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
• Perfectly fluent English required. Comfortable advertising uncensored products and content.

Nice to have

• Experience with postback S2S tracking, ad servers, fraud prevention, and complex affiliate tracking systems.
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops.
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, and subscription-based business models.
