Affiliate Manager (AI)

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 gross annual compensation, including any applicable target bonus

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships while supporting partners throughout the program.
• Oversee onboarding and integration for new affiliates and business partners.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and affiliate performance through regular reporting.
• Optimize campaigns, affiliate funnels, and processes to improve conversion rates and performance efficiency.
• Research and recruit new affiliates, troubleshoot tracking and operational issues, and identify scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on affiliate strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks, including Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, media buying, paid social, and other digital marketing channels.
• Perfectly fluent English required.
• Comfort advertising uncensored-model and NSFW products, with an ownership-oriented and adaptable working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with postback S2S tracking, ad servers, affiliate disputes, fraud, and tracking issues.
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, subscription business models, and fraud prevention.
