Test Quality Manager (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Manage and improve manual software testing activities.
• Apply testing standards and monitor quality indicators.
• Drive test process improvement across the project.
• Train, coach, and support IT teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and support quality-related decisions.

Requirements

• More than 9 years of professional experience.
• Solid experience in manual software testing.
• Experience with testing standards, quality indicators, and process improvement.
• Experience training, coaching, and supporting IT teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and French required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification, preferably ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Management.
