Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Austria, with work-from-home options from Austria

Salary: EUR 3,725.93 gross per month minimum under the applicable Austrian Banking Collective Agreement; the actual salary is determined based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple products and teams.
• Transform existing infrastructure and systems through modern technologies and technology renewal.
• Create concepts, visualizations, and solution designs across legacy and new technologies.
• Ensure resilience, performance, security, and successful introduction of new systems.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to management.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar enterprise role.
• Strong knowledge of information technology, software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
• Work experience with AI tools or LLMs.
• Strategic thinking, continuous learning, and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, customer-orientation, and results-driven skills.
• English is required; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in a financial institution.
• German language skills.
