IT Development Program (3-12 months, Part-time / Full-time)

Location: Warsaw Plant & Go, Poland; hybrid work model with work from home up to 2 days per week.

Salary: PLN 11,400 gross per month for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Develop code and technology solutions that address business problems.
• Gather business requirements, simplify processes, resolve issues, and manage changes.
• Coordinate technical changes and requirements while establishing the appropriate user experience.
• Provide business and technical insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Work with vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Be a 3rd-, 4th-, or 5th-year student or a graduate with a genuine passion for business and technology.
• Basic programming skills in any general-purpose programming language.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward challenges and change.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, innovation, and analytical skills.
• English fluency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Power BI, Git, APIs, AI/ML tools, or similar technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
• Understanding of data analytics, software development, databases, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and Agile methodologies.
• IT certification such as Bootcamp, Scrum, Cloud, Data, or AI certification.
