Salary: 93,000–103,000 PLN annual

What you will do

• Support the front-to-back derivatives trade lifecycle from post-trade execution through settlement.
• Coordinate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, hirify.global teams, client oversight and control groups, trading desks, and client services.
• Execute contractual commitments in accordance with standard operating procedures, risk and control frameworks, and service-level agreements.
• Improve day-to-day services, the control environment, and the overall client experience.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or an equivalent field; for the Americas region, this is preferable but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or at a multinational bank or financial institution; for the Americas region, this is preferable but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment with time-sensitive requirements.
• Microsoft Office literacy.
• Excellent communication skills and suitability for client interaction.
