Education Practitioner – Learning & Assessment Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; preferred availability aligned with the US Pacific Time zone.

Salary: $90–$130 per hour.

What you will do

• Evaluate and refine quizzes, formative assessments, tutoring content, and interactive learning materials.
• Analyze learning interactions to assess learner understanding and long-term knowledge retention.
• Develop assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and learning outcome measurement tools.
• Review educational content for academic accuracy, learner suitability, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Create and improve visual, interactive, and multimodal instructional resources.
• Document findings and recommendations and provide expert input on AI-powered educational tools.

Requirements

• Significant experience in instructional design, learning science, educational assessment, or teaching.
• Experience in K-12, higher education, or educational technology environments.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or delivering tutoring content, quizzes, formative assessments, or interactive learning materials.
• Strong understanding of academic accuracy, learner needs, and effective teaching practices.
• Experience developing or applying assessment rubrics and learning outcome measurement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or optimizing visual, interactive, or multimodal educational resources.
• Familiarity with AI-driven educational tools and learning technologies.
