Solutions Architect Senior Consultant (Product Support)

Location: Geneva office, Switzerland. Up to 25% travel. A valid Swiss work permit, Swiss citizenship, or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required. No international relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solutions integrating equipment, services, digital tools, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with product, services, digital, sales, dealer, and regional teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and operationally deliverable.
• Analyze complex and ambiguous business challenges and translate requirements into structured solution architectures.
• Develop solution frameworks, playbooks, and enablement materials to support consistent adoption across regions and teams.
• Communicate solution concepts to diverse stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Incorporate feedback, lessons learned, and emerging capabilities into future solution designs.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent job-related professional experience.
• Strong customer focus, service excellence, communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking.
• Experience managing multiple projects and presenting updates to senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of dealer or distribution networks and collaboration with sales, service, and channel partners.
• Experience with hirify.global dealers in sales, operations, or marketing is relevant.
• Swiss work permit, Swiss citizenship, or EU-25/EFTA citizenship required.
