Junior IT Consultant (IT)

Location: Salzburg, Austria; regular on-site project work at client premises 1–2 days per week across the DACH region. Home office options are available, and working from abroad within the European Economic Area is possible with prior agreement.

Gross annual target salary starts at €52,500, plus company bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze the current state of consulting projects and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop practical solution proposals for clients in Germany and Austria.
• Analyze interdependencies across business processes, technology, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Drive requirements management, project management, and strategy in close cooperation with clients.
• Contribute ideas to the future development of hirify.global Austria as a company and employer.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business technology, industrial engineering, engineering sciences, geoinformatics, physics, mathematics, or a similar field.
• Passion for digitalization and the ability to approach topics creatively.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with clear and precise communication.
• Confident communication in both German and English is required.
• Willingness to travel for on-site project work 1–2 days per week across the DACH region.
