Production Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, gather visual and audio references, and prepare shot lists, storyboards, schedules, and production plans.
• Coordinate locations, equipment, lighting, camera setups, and on-set production as a Director, DOP, or Photographer.
• Guide production teams, troubleshoot issues during shoots, and maintain efficient delivery against creative briefs.
• Process photos and support short-form video editing for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Manage assigned project schedules, resources, tasks, stakeholder updates, issue resolution, and presentations.
• Explore AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve production workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Experience across the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through post-production editing.
• Strong visual aesthetics, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing requirements, think critically, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Entry-level experience is suitable; a bachelor's degree in Design, Film, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
