What you will do

• Design and deliver videos and marketing materials aligned with brand and performance objectives.
• Create and manage video ad briefs and optimize engaging social media ad creatives.
• Collaborate with creatives to ideate performance-oriented briefs and tailor ad copy.
• Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand results.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and meet creative demand.
• Use testing data to refine designs and improve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, and CTR).

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in a professional creative role with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing campaigns or social media advertising.
• Skilled in motion design, with hands-on experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Ability to incorporate the latest AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to align designs with business goals.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly independent and responsible for your own work, planning, and results.
