Performance Video Editor (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with 4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on the role. This position can also be fully remote.

Gross salary: €2,500–€3,200 per month.

What you will do

• Create, edit, and deliver high-performing video ads primarily for Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Produce a high volume of video creatives using AI-generated content, existing footage, motion graphics, and other visual assets.
• Use AI video and image generation tools to create realistic, engaging, and scroll-stopping advertising content.
• Work with a Creative Strategist to turn concepts, hooks, and ideas into effective video ads.
• Manage video production independently from concept to final delivery, often with minimal briefs or direction.
• Experiment with formats, storytelling techniques, hooks, and visual styles, then adapt creatives based on performance data, testing insights, and feedback.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably creating performance-driven video ads or social media content.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Hands-on experience with AI-generated content and a strong interest in exploring new AI video and image generation tools.
• Understanding of engaging and effective video advertising, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and clear calls to action.
• Ability to produce a high volume of video creatives while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and how creative decisions influence results.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Independence and organization, including ownership of workload, priorities, deadlines, and results.
• Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team, take initiative, experiment, and make a direct impact.
