Vulnerability Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Shirebrook, England, United Kingdom; Meadow Lane, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

• Support vulnerability management across enterprise, cloud, digital, and retail environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using scanning tools, security platforms, and threat intelligence sources.
• Analyse and triage vulnerabilities, prioritising remediation based on risk, exploitability, and business impact.
• Coordinate operational penetration testing, including scheduling, scoping, documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, risk, and operational teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure configuration.
• Support security monitoring and incident response by identifying attack paths, root-cause vulnerabilities, and systemic weaknesses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting a vulnerability management programme.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments, scanning tools, and security platforms.
• Experience working across enterprise, cloud, and/or retail environments.
• Ability to produce clear documentation of findings, risks, and remediation actions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.

Nice to have

• Security-related qualifications.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK and CVSS frameworks.
