Senior Technical Proposal Writer (Enterprise Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Write reusable technical, operational, and financial value content for enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Develop modular executive summaries, standard narratives, detailed technical content, value propositions, proactive proposals, and appendices.
• Translate complex technical, operational, and commercial inputs into clear customer-facing business value narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Value Consultants, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Partners, and Sales stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the global master content library, adapting case studies, product documentation, analyst endorsements, and services materials.
• Support selected live proposals and manage content standards, approvals, quality assurance, and release processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including enterprise storage, compute and virtualization platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, data centers, or infrastructure operations.
• Significant experience writing technical, solution, or value-based content in an enterprise IT environment.
• Exceptional written English skills and the ability to produce precise, polished, executive-ready content.
• Experience translating complex technical, operational, and commercial inputs into clear customer-facing narratives.
• Experience creating reusable modular content or structured proposal components.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, engage subject-matter experts independently, manage review cycles, and maintain strong version-control discipline.
