What you will do

• Produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for buses and coaches throughout their operational life.
• Transform complex engineering, technical, and supplier information into structured publications.
• Prepare documentation that helps customers and technicians safely operate, service, and maintain vehicles.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and suppliers to gather and validate technical information.
• Manage multiple documentation projects and deadlines while adopting new technologies and working methods.

Requirements

• Background in engineering and/or technical writing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical data, and supplier information.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working.

Nice to have

• Relevant academic, vocational, or practical engineering experience.
• Technical writing qualifications or certification.
• Experience producing engineering or maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of commercial or passenger service vehicles.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or Illustrator and knowledge of modern or zero-emission vehicle technology.
