Global Benefits Manager (Employee Benefits)

Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid work with regular collaboration at the Sydney campus; the role is intended for someone based in Sydney.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery of the global benefits portfolio across healthcare, insurance, retirement, wellbeing, time off and related programs.
• Manage brokers and providers, negotiate renewals, track budgets and balance cost with the employee benefits experience.
• Coordinate benefit launches and changes across countries, including timelines, approvals, local requirements and communications.
• Use benchmarking, cost data, feedback and usage data to recommend program improvements and investment priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, People and regional teams to resolve issues and maintain clear responsibilities.
• Support broader reward partnering, including compensation benchmarking and advice on offers and reward decisions.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Experience managing budgets, broker relationships and renewal negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong data-driven recommendation, communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Interest in benefits that support wellbeing, belonging and life outside work.
• Based in Sydney, Australia and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
