SERM Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Build a positive company image in search engine results.
• Monitor social networks, review platforms, forums, blogs, directories, and other resources manually and with automated tools.
• Process positive and negative reviews and remove or suppress negative content in search results.
• Create engaging copy and respond to audiences on forums, blogs, and review platforms.
• Communicate with platform managers and coordinate contractors by assigning tasks and controlling performance.
• Expand the company’s online presence across relevant digital channels.

Requirements

• Experience with SERM and ORM reputation management.
• Copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling texts and communicate with audiences.
• Basic SEO and internet marketing knowledge.
• Experience with Ahrefs, WebArchive, Keywords Everywhere or equivalent tools, brand reputation monitoring tools, Google Alerts, and Google Data.
• Analytical skills and experience with web analytics systems and tools.
• English proficiency at least at Intermediate level; B1–B2 preferred.
