PR Manager (m/f/d) - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) (Software)

Location: Bulgaria, with hybrid or remote working options; Sofia listed as the location. Applicants must hold a valid Bulgarian work or residence permit.

What you will do

• Plan and execute PR campaigns that strengthen brand awareness across target markets and media channels.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners and manage press enquiries.
• Create press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, thought leadership materials, customer stories, case studies, and testimonials.
• Coordinate press events, media briefings, product launches, and promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align PR activity with go-to-market initiatives and product releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PR agency, corporate communications, or in-house PR role.
• Experience managing media relationships and delivering PR campaigns and projects end-to-end.
• Experience creating press releases, media pitches, customer stories, case studies, and other editorial content.
• Working knowledge of PR and media monitoring platforms and project management tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required, and applications must be submitted in English.
