Traffic Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor core KPIs, including Retention Rate, GGR, NGR, and ARPU.
• Design and manage VIP loyalty programs, promotional plans, exclusive events, and player gifts.
• Oversee high-value VIP clients and deliver personalized service and experiences.
• Mentor and manage the VIP team while coordinating improvements to the VIP segment across departments.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop tools and features for VIP management.
• Explore AI and CRM technologies to improve personalization, onboarding, and VIP operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven, user-oriented approach.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience with CRM systems, including Intercom, WhatsApp messengers, and Customer.io, and setting up trial and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and Excel, with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions to complex issues.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
