Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist (AI/Compliance)

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Conduct Anti-Financial Crime EWRA assessments and lead assessments for additional financial crime areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and market abuse.
• Participate in product risk assessments for new, changing, and existing products with Business Unit Compliance and Product stakeholders.
• Maintain control inventories, regulatory alignment, policies, procedures, and compliance risk assurance processes across regional, business, product, and central teams.
• Embed AI and GenAI techniques into risk assessment workflows, including horizon scanning, data triangulation, control mapping, typology synthesis, and regulatory change analysis, with human validation and audit-ready traceability.
• Produce management information, metrics, and RAS KRIs for senior management, including recommendations for risks outside the defined appetite.

Requirements

• Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years of compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Practical AI and GenAI literacy, including prompt engineering, tool selection, output validation, and understanding of model limitations and hallucination risk.
• Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI principles, including bias, explainability, auditability, and model risk.
• Strong data literacy, problem-solving, communication, independence, and collaboration skills in a global organization.

Nice to have

• Advanced professional risk certification, such as CAMS-RM.
• Cryptocurrency industry experience.
