TL;DR
AI Business Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform/Azure): Shaping AI-based business solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating stakeholder needs into solution designs with an accent on generative AI, automation, prompt engineering, and responsible AI. Focus on prototyping AI and low-code solutions, defining human-in-the-loop workflows, coordinating user acceptance testing, and supporting adoption across the delivery lifecycle.
Location: Remote, with conditions listing Bucharest, Romania and Helsinki, Finland

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, clarify, and manage business and functional requirements for applications, automation initiatives, and AI solutions.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement, automation, and AI opportunities through current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Use AI tools and low-code approaches to create prototypes, validate ideas, and support solution discovery.
- Prepare Solution Design Documents, business rules, prompts, human-in-the-loop requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, project managers, security teams, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, support change management and onboarding, and contribute to governance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, automation projects, or related roles.
- Experience documenting business processes, use cases, process diagrams, solution requirements, and Solution Design Documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of generative AI, AI agents, prompts, human-in-the-loop workflows, intelligent automation, and AI use cases.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience using AI assistants such as M365 Copilot and ChatGPT for analysis, documentation, research, and stakeholder communication.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure services, or other AI platforms.
- Understanding of RAG, vector search, knowledge grounding, responsible AI, and AI governance.
- Experience with AI or digital transformation projects, consulting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modelling tools.
