Senior Java Developer – Hybrid Bucharest (Java)

What you will do

• Build Java and Spring-based microservices for high-volume, low-latency, and highly available systems.
• Develop and integrate RESTful web services, messaging solutions, and relational database components.
• Participate in software design, development, testing, quality assurance, user acceptance, and production releases.
• Apply secure coding and engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvements of the development process.
• Provide Level 3 support for live applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Java.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and backend development.
• Experience developing RESTful web services and implementing web services security.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems and microservice architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience with Spring Data JDBC or an equivalent solution using Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, design patterns, CI/CD tools, Docker or OpenShift, and AWS.
