What you will do

• Manage incidents and service requests from identification through resolution.
• Gather incident information through client conversations and self-service support tools.
• Perform initial assessments, triage, research, and routing of software and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate service desk and specialized support resources.
• Execute against established SLAs and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Document resolutions, improve the knowledge base, and recommend workflow and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of software products and infrastructure components.
• Demonstrated competence gained through advanced education and relevant experience.
• Ability to solve problems, interpret information, and explain policies, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and meet operational targets.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is listed as US Florida Virtual.
