Sustainability Reporting Manager (ESG)

Location: Santa Clara, California; expected to work from the Santa Clara HQ office in a primarily in-office environment

What you will do

• Lead the annual enterprise Impact Report from planning and content coordination through publication and executive signoff.
• Partner with Legal and ESG Controllership to align disclosures with CSRD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other global frameworks.
• Maintain ESG data integrity, reporting controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Benchmark disclosures, identify reporting gaps, and streamline ESG data collection and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Global Communications on the report, fact sheet, sustainability website, and integrated communications plan.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex enterprise-level ESG, CSR, or sustainability disclosures end to end in matrixed organizations.
• Strong narrative development, data visualization, and written communication skills for technical product and environmental metrics.
• Working knowledge of global sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and ESG data management platforms.
• Proficiency with or basic understanding of AI tools for benchmarking, information collection, content review, and reporting productivity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional alignment, navigate ambiguity, and establish project governance without direct authority.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara headquarters office in accordance with company policies, except during approved leave or work travel.
