Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations across Swedish and UK entities.
• Coordinate accounting, reporting, and payroll with external accounting firms.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing accuracy, cost allocation, and payment approvals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
• Prepare and review annual reports, audits, and statutory filings with external accountants and auditors.
• Consolidate financial results, support cost control, and improve finance processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience owning or supporting core finance processes end-to-end.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with external advisors.
• Ability to apply structured guidelines and exercise sound judgment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with multiple legal entities or international structures.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
