TL;DR
Head of Finance Nordics (Sales Finance): Leading sales finance partnering, planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management across a complex five-market Nordic region with an accent on P&L analysis, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives. Focus on translating financial data into business decisions, challenging stakeholders constructively, and leading a team of three employees.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid working model

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Support planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting, and performance tracking across five Nordic markets.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, customer and channel performance, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.
  • Analyse P&L performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Bring financial structure and discipline to a complex multi-market region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three employees while contributing to the Finance community.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales finance, commercial finance, finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, or a similar role.
  • Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced international environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial drivers.
  • Fluent English required; Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial systems, BI tools, or data visualisation tools.
  • Swedish or other Nordic language skills.
