Frontend Developer (AI)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere; async schedule.

hirify.global is a bootstrapped AI hirify.global service with more than 150,000 paying customers and a small team.

What you will do

• Turn product ideas and designs into working frontend code, including onboarding improvements and new features.
• Develop features from scratch and own frontend implementation.
• Optimize landing pages and run A/B tests with PostHog in collaboration with marketing and support.
• Fix bugs and improve performance using PostHog recordings and customer support feedback.
• Influence technology choices and contribute to product growth.

Requirements

• Strong frontend development experience with Vue, Nuxt 2, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to build polished user interfaces and identify UX improvements independently.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, v0, or Copilot.
• Proactive, autonomous approach with ownership of tasks and mistakes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Node and MongoDB knowledge for simple backend tasks.
• Experience with Playwright testing.
