Senior Flutter Developer (Flutter)

What you will do

• Develop new features and customize mobile applications for client needs.
• Design and build applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter platforms.
• Refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, business analytics, product, and business teams to define market-fit solutions.
• Coach team members, assess technical expertise during interviews, and contribute to Agile delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of mobile software development experience with Android, iOS, or Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web technologies, UI/UX standards, and state management.
• Proficiency with Git and other code versioning tools.
• Experience with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications.
• Knowledge of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural team.

Nice to have

• Experience with related products and systems such as Twake, Tmail, Calendar, user management, or payment processing.
• Participation in open source projects and specialized conferences.
