CloudOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first with the option to work remotely one day per week

What you will do

• Own the central AWS platform architecture and ensure infrastructure and deployment tools follow shared best practices.
• Mentor product engineers through collaborative troubleshooting and help teams become operationally self-sufficient.
• Implement prioritized platform upgrades while maintaining high availability and minimizing infrastructure incidents.
• Manage and resolve incidents within the core platform and provide senior technical support for complex system troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during discovery and planning to define technical scope, align expectations, and map delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical expertise in the AWS ecosystem and related operations tooling.
• Experience with system observability, infrastructure as code, and incident mitigation.
• Systems-thinking mindset, strong self-leadership, and the ability to align engineering teams around platform strategy.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated financial environment is beneficial.
