Candidate Experience Partner

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid with three days per week in the office. Attendance at hiring events may be required.

What you will do

• Own candidate experience and interview coordination for a hiring area from end to end.
• Schedule and manage interviews within agreed SLAs, identifying delays and risks before they become conflicts.
• Support virtual and in-person interviews, brief interviewers, and maintain clear processes and guidelines.
• Configure jobs, interview plans, and forms in Ashby according to the hiring framework.
• Review candidate experience data, surveys, funnel metrics, and feedback to drive improvements.
• Build and maintain automations that reduce manual scheduling work and resolve recurring escalations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, including independent multi-party scheduling.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows, with sound judgement when reviewing their output.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders, handling last-minute changes, and prioritising across multiple live roles.
• Working knowledge of structured hiring, compliance, and candidate data privacy.
• Clear, warm written communication and a professional in-person presence with candidates.
• Ability to work from the Stockholm office three days per week and attend hiring events when needed.
