What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Go To Market roles across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial conversation through offer.
• Advise on hiring decisions and team composition as a commercial partner.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition within a high-growth company, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed business.
• Meaningful experience hiring Go To Market talent across relevant seniority levels.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches without compromising quality or pace.
• Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of OTE structures, quota attainment, and the impact of hiring on revenue.
• Ability to work on-site in Stockholm.
