Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; on-site

hirify.global is building a platform that enables companies to create business applications through natural-language and AI-assisted development.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core services powering the hirify.global platform.
• Develop multi-tenant architecture, secure tenant isolation, container orchestration, deployments, and automation.
• Build APIs, backend logic, internal tools, runtimes, and data models.
• Work with state-of-the-art and tailored AI models to improve application development workflows.
• Own technical areas such as distributed systems, DevTools, performance, security, observability, reliability, and frontend developer experience.
• Collaborate directly with founders, make autonomous technical decisions, and ship production work quickly.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software engineering, developer tools, SaaS platforms, distributed systems, full-stack engineering, internal tools, runtimes, or infrastructure.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, with experience in React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of modern backend architecture and systems thinking across data, flows, interfaces, and ownership.
• Ability to ship production code independently and maintain a high standard of developer experience, quality, and clarity.
• Comfort working in a fast, low-bureaucracy environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and AI toolchains.
• Experience with Next.js, tRPC, Doppler, CapRover, Railway, Claude, GitHub Actions, or remote development containers.
