Marketing Enablement Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the Marketing Hub and supporting internal applications for the marketing department.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate complex business workflows and enable autonomous task completion.
• Create scalable orchestration frameworks, reusable AI libraries, SDKs, knowledge graphs, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Implement prompt-engineered tools, LLM-backed features, conversational AI interfaces, and AI-powered analytics pipelines.
• Research and integrate third-party AI tools and SaaS solutions into the marketing technology stack.
• Document technical builds and prompt-engineering systems, and translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for non-engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering and building and maintaining production applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Node, VS Code, GitHub, Google Apps Script, and prompt engineering.
• Experience creating and optimizing RAG systems, AI-powered analytics pipelines, and conversational AI interfaces.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, vector databases, embeddings, and AI automation.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document technical work for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
