Corporate Governance Research Trainee (Italian Market)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; required to work from the office 5 days a week and be based in Belgium from the first day

What you will do

• Analyze corporate governance data and financial and extra-financial information on listed Italian companies.
• Prepare detailed research reports explaining governance analyses and vote recommendations.
• Provide recommendations on items submitted to shareholder general meetings during the Italian proxy season.
• Support pre-season and post-season research activities.
• Contribute research, data, and voting insights for institutional investor clients.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Italian, spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or ongoing studies, in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, Political Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, numeracy, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to process large quantities of information, work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a team.
• Organized and structured approach with computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full-time office attendance in Brussels for 5 days per week and presence in Belgium from day one are required.
