Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland
Salary: €116,640–€174,960 per year, plus eligibility for the Incentive Plan.

What you will do
- Plan and estimate software development programs, including requirements, work plans, budgets, schedules, and resource needs.
- Manage execution across multiple agile and Scrum projects, coordinating dependencies, milestones, deliverables, risks, and recovery actions.
- Lead software engineers, employees, and vendor resources to deliver program commitments.
- Collaborate with product, platform, architecture, systems engineering, human factors, and functional leaders.
- Provide data-driven status reporting and communicate progress, issues, trade-offs, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate quarterly planning, reporting, retrospectives, team coordination, and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong program management, technical leadership, and Software Development Lifecycle knowledge.
- Experience leading software development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage quality, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
- Work location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience with instrument software, embedded systems, regulated environments, and global regulatory standards.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and software vendors.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and project management methodologies.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with senior leadership and international teams.
