Binance Accelerator Program - Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote-first, with the role available in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan

What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
• Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
• Contribute ideas and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
• Develop toward autonomous full stack engineering through hands-on learning and contribution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java, Go, Rust, or C++.
• Familiarity with Node and modern frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, self-direction, and the ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects.
• Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or web.
• Internship or startup experience.
• Experience proactively building internal tools or personal side projects.
