Product Manager, Trading Systems (Crypto)

Location: Remote-first across APAC, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan

What you will do

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts, and other derivatives products.
• Translate complex trading needs into technical solutions in collaboration with trading engineering teams.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning through release and ongoing feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual Swaps, and Options.
• Technical or quantitative background in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to understand trading logic and risk methods and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Product experience is preferred but not required.
